Mass Molarity Calculator
The mass molarity calculator tool calculates the mass of compound required to achieve a specific molar concentration and volume. To dilute a solution of known molarity, please use the Solution Dilution Calculator. To dilute a solution of concentrated acid or base of known w/w% strength, please use the Acid & Base Molarity Calculator.

No other materials have contributed more to the development of mankind over the millennia than metals. Throughout centuries, studies of metals belonged to one of the oldest branches of Materials Science–Metallurgy. This changed in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when applications of metal-based materials spread into other areas of science and technology including electronics, energy, aeronautics and space travel, to name a few. Presently, there are 87 known metals, 61 of which are available through Sigma-Aldrich in various forms including metals, metal oxides, salts, nanomaterials, alloys, and organometallic precursors for solution and vapor film deposition.
Buffer Calculator
